2. Hosting (Cloudflare)

This website is hosted with Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) via Cloudflare Pages. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (including IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type) in server logs to deliver the website and protect it against attacks.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place.

3. Inquiry and booking form

When you inquire via the form, we process the data you enter (name, email, phone number, travel dates, number of guests, message) solely to handle and answer your inquiry and for potential contract initiation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We use the service Web3Forms (STARfIELD LLC) for the technical delivery of the form. The form data is transmitted to Web3Forms and delivered to us by email; according to its own statements, Web3Forms does not permanently store the contents.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data provided to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Using the WhatsApp button is voluntary. WhatsApp's privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) additionally applies; data may be transferred to third countries outside the EU. If you prefer not to, please use email or phone.

5. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads fonts locally only. No data is shared for advertising purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
